Basic procedure (without nicotine):

1. Pour the 63ml of vegetable glycerin (VG) into an empty 100ml bottle.
2. Add the 27ml of propylene glycol (PG) to the same bottle
3. Mix the two components well by shaking vigorously for 1-2 minutes
4. Add 10ml of concentrated aroma of your choice
5. Shake again for 2-3 minutes until thoroughly mixed (VG is thicker)
6. Let the liquid mature for 5-10 days in a cool, dark place
7. Shake the bottle every day during maturation
8. After maturation, the liquid is ready for use.

Nicotine procedure (optional):

1. Calculate the amount of nicotine needed based on the desired concentration
2. Subtract the amount of nicotine from the neutral base (e.g. for 10ml of nicotine, use 80ml of base)
3. Neutral base mix + nicotine + concentrated flavour
4. Shake vigorously and let it mature as above
5. Always use gloves and protective glasses when handling pure nicotine
