Returns and Refunds

Information on the right of withdrawal pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days .

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Sealed Products

E-cigarettes, liquids, flavorings, and related products are subject to specific health and hygiene regulations.

Products can be returned ONLY if:

• The package is SEALED and NEVER OPENED
• The product is intact and unused
• All accessories and documentation are included

It is NOT possible to return opened or used products , even if tested only once, for health and hygiene reasons and compliance with the legislation on vaping products.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 , the right of withdrawal is EXCLUDED for:

• ❌ Opened or used e-cigarettes
• ❌ Opened decomposed liquids (sealed package removed)
• ❌ Opened concentrated flavors (sealed package removed)
• ❌ Opened neutral bases (sealed packaging removed)
• ❌ Opened coils, pods, and cartridges (sealed packaging removed)
• ❌ Open disposable mouthpieces and filters

Reason: Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and that were opened after delivery.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal on SEALED and UNOPENED products, you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

In the event of defective or non-compliant products, you are entitled to free repair or replacement pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Legal Guarantee of Conformity).

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective product.

In this case:

• ✓ Shipping costs are at our expense
• ✓ Free replacement or full refund
• ✓ Even opened products can be replaced if defective
